About the role

Aramex is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive significant financial growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating client strategies into valuable logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and nurture leads in partnership with vertical and field marketing teams.
  • Develop and manage relationships across assigned geographies to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
  • Analyze customers' business objectives and propose tailored Aramex solutions.
  • Present value‑based proposals and negotiate contracts with key contacts.
  • Collaborate with the solutions group and account managers to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity logs in CRM systems.
  • Network with industry peers and share best practices internally.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in logistics or shipping.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems.
