About the role
Technogym is looking for a Senior Client Advisor to drive sales performance and deliver premium wellness solutions to existing and new customers in the Fitness & Health Club segment. You will act as the face of the brand, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
Key responsibilities
- Represent Technogym as a brand ambassador for the CLUB segment, upholding premium brand values.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of existing clients and new prospects, delivering consistent sales activity and account coverage.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall segment revenue and profit goals.
- Provide impeccable customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
- Prepare tender documentation and proposal materials as directed.
- Monitor client payments, terms compliance, and resolve complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer and leads pipeline in the designated CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Identify upselling, cross‑selling, and new business opportunities within the sector.
- Flag account health risks and support inventory liquidation efforts.
- Share market insights and client feedback to inform product positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales experience in the fitness, health club or wellness industry.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the Segment Lead and wider team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
