Senior Commercial Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Commercial Coordinator provides high‑level operational support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the procurement teams. The role acts as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling information requests, scheduling, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CCO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements and expense claims.
• Prepare statistical reports, correspondence, presentations and other documents using Microsoft Office tools.
• Screen and route emails, calls, visitors and routine correspondence.
• Support the Lead Commercial Governance & Support in continuous‑improvement initiatives and KPI tracking.
• Respond to internal queries from the Strategic Department, Procurement Operations, Material Warehouse and Business Services.
• Coordinate gate passes, trainings, IT support, office relocations, furniture requests and name‑plate issuance.
• Handle external inquiries about Q‑Chem products and provide sales/purchasing contacts.
• Process DHL airway bills, mobilise contractors and liaise with Woqod for fuel price updates.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in commercial or procurement support.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including proofreading.
• Proactive attitude and ability to serve as a focal point for internal customers.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Document preparation and formatting.
• Email and calendar management.
• Travel coordination and expense processing.
