Senior Consultant / Associate Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

Senior Consultant / Associate Manager will support and manage delivery of our project engagement, service delivery and defined projects as part of the Middle East team. They will be responsible for specific areas of focus and for monitoring progress and successful delivery against agreed outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage delivery of assigned innovation projects.
• Document full needs description and solution requirements.
• Active technology scouting and solution identification and validation.
• Project due diligence research and documentation.
• Communicate and facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required.

Required profile

• Strong academic background (e.g., Engineering and/or Business) from a top‑tier university.
• 4‑6 years experience in technology, research, innovation environments for the Senior Consultant role.
• 6‑9 years solid management consulting experience for the Associate Manager role.
• Experience of planning, managing and delivering innovation and technical‑based projects.
• Formal project delivery tracking using Gantt charts or similar.
• Demonstrable experience of leading and completing complex technical innovation projects.
• Experience in understanding technical discussions and documentation.
• Knowledge of open Innovation Methodology, Intellectual Property and Technology Scouting.
• Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
