Senior Customer Insights Analyst (Bangkok, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will help shape data‑driven marketing strategies by turning large‑scale experiment data into actionable insights that improve customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, run and analyse experiments on advertising and bidding strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
• Develop predictive models to quantify the impact of campaigns, pricing changes and demand elasticity.
• Build and maintain dashboards, generate regular performance reports and present insights to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• At least 4 years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
