Senior Data Entry Agent – QOSMOS (Product Development & Design)

About the role

The Senior Data Entry Agent (QOSMOS) supports Qatar Airways' Catering Services by ensuring accurate data management across global locations. Working within the Product Development and Design team, you will help translate operational requirements into reliable system information, contributing to seamless flight‑catering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain menu and operational data in the QOSMOS system for all catering sites worldwide.
• Review, validate, and amend system data to align with standards, costs, and operational needs.
• Clear pending documents, tasks, and Voyage Reports (VRs) in QOSMOS promptly.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve data ambiguities and ensure compliance.
• Support catering financial, procurement, and contract processes, including CMS updates and urgent approvals.
• Provide administrative coordination such as meeting arrangements, documentation handling, shared‑drive management, and reporting.
• Identify and propose improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
• Assist with emergency response activities and major operational disruptions when required.

Required profile

• High School qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• Previous experience in document control, data entry, or system‑driven administrative roles within an operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder liaison.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using the QOSMOS system or similar data‑management platforms.
