About the role
The Senior Drilling Supervisor acts as the QatarEnergy Company representative on an offshore jack-up drilling rig, with full responsibility for overseeing all rig operations so that they are conducted safely, efficiently and in line with operational objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in drilling operations, including at least 5 years as an Offshore Drilling Supervisor.
- B.Sc. degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
- IWCF certified at Supervisor level.
- Experience in workover operations for gas and horizontal wells is preferred.
Required skills
- Ability to make sound operational decisions through systematic analysis.
- Strong attention to detail.
