Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer

About the role

Snoonu, a Qatar-based super app, is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations developer to design, develop, customize, integrate and support ERP solutions covering Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Order Management and Marketplace Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and support D365 F&O customizations and extensions using X++
• Build integrations between D365 F&O, WMS, order management systems, marketplace services, product catalogs, finance systems, reporting platforms and external APIs
• Develop APIs, OData services, custom services, Data Entities, workflows, batch jobs and SSRS/Power BI reports
• Support technical workflows for inventory, warehouse management, finance, procurement and order management
• Optimize performance for high-volume transactions, database queries, batch jobs and integration endpoints
• Troubleshoot production issues such as integration failures, data mismatches, posting errors and synchronization gaps
• Maintain engineering standards with Git, CI/CD pipelines, release management and technical documentation

Required profile

• 4+ years of ERP development experience, including at least 3+ years of hands-on D365 F&O development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, WMS, Procurement and Sales

Required skills

• X++, Visual Studio, extensions, event handlers, Chain of Command, Data Entities, OData and DMF
• REST APIs, enterprise integration patterns, performance tuning and SQL-based data validation
• Bonus: Microsoft certification MB-500, AWS-hosted services, RabbitMQ, Redis, Datadog, CloudWatch, and experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplace, grocery, logistics or high-volume warehouse operations
