Senior Enterprise Architect (Roads O&M)

About the role

The Senior Enterprise Architect defines, leads, and governs the overall architecture of Egis' Information System, focusing on roads operations and maintenance. The role translates business objectives into resilient, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define the enterprise architecture vision (business, data, applications, virtualization, infrastructure) aligned with continuity and performance requirements.
• Build and maintain technology roadmaps, strategic capital improvement plans, and enforce architecture frameworks.
• Map business processes, applications, data flows and infrastructure, identifying redundancies and risks.
• Support major transformation programs such as digital transformation, hypervisor migration, server consolidation, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
• Act as liaison between executives, IT, data, cybersecurity teams and external vendors, preparing decision‑making documents for senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s or engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 8‑15 years of IT experience, including architecture, development, Windows Server administration, data or infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience in large‑scale, complex environments with strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Required skills

• Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
• Application architecture: microservices, APIs, containers.
• Data architecture: SQL, NoSQL, data governance, data modeling.
• Cybersecurity, IAM, Zero Trust models.
• Infrastructure fundamentals: networking, virtualization, storage, DevOps practices.
• Cloud architecture knowledge.
