Senior Executive – Commercial Growth Marketing

About the role

Al Jazeera Media Network is looking for a commercially driven Senior Executive to accelerate revenue growth through strategic marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement. You will work closely with the Commercial Sales team to design and launch integrated campaigns that position the network’s advertising, sponsorship, and partnership solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead‑generation and commercial marketing campaigns.
• Support business development with targeted marketing initiatives.
• Create presentations, proposals, case studies, and other sales collateral.
• Coordinate campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and client‑engagement channels.
• Track campaign performance, KPIs, and lead conversion metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify commercial opportunities.
• Assist with CRM, client engagement, sponsorship, and industry‑event activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Marketing, B2B Marketing, Lead Generation, or Sales Enablement.
• Background in media, advertising, broadcasting, telecom, digital, or agency environments is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Experience with marketing performance reporting.
