Senior Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst will lead continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, robust budgeting, and compliance with IFRS and US GAAP at both entity and consolidated levels. The role supports strategic projects, cost optimisation, and investor relations for Nakilat.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly, half‑yearly and annual consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Present entity performance in CFO quarterly reviews and prepare Management & Board reports with variance analysis.
• Coordinate annual statutory audits, half‑yearly reviews and interim audits with external auditors.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, develop forecasts, and produce financial slides for JV Board meetings.
• Analyse cost drivers, G&A, manpower and capex, and provide recommendations for medium‑term outlook.
• Support growth projects, asset acquisitions, joint‑venture initiatives and commercial opportunities with financial modelling and risk analysis.
• Maintain internal controls, ensure alignment with RCM and ICOFR testing, and support Investor Relations communications.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Proven ability to lead audit coordination and internal‑control remediation.
• Experience in project finance, due‑diligence and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
