Senior HR Generalist – Construction Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our construction business. The role focuses on end‑to‑end performance management while supporting the full employee lifecycle and HR operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance cycles including goal setting, appraisals, calibration sessions and performance improvement plans.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and MIS using advanced Excel.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities, compensation & benefits and day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Partner with business leaders, communicate HR initiatives and handle stakeholder relationships.
• Apply KPIs, OKRs, competency frameworks and performance analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on performance management.
• Proven experience managing performance management systems and generating analytical HR reports.
• Knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, competency frameworks and performance analytics.
• Experience in the GCC/Qatar market is preferred.
