About the role

The Senior Information Technology Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple complex IT initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and regulatory standards. The role involves overseeing project scope, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication across business and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large and complex IT projects.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, cost, resources, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate with business, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance.
• Resolve project issues and escalate major risks to management.
• Ensure compliance with banking, regulatory, security, and quality requirements.
• Drive process improvement and effective project management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, decision‑making, and leadership abilities.
• PMI or other recognized Project Management certification.
• Banking experience preferred.
