Senior Infrastructure Consultant – Advisory (Level 2)

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Consultant (Level 2) to join its Infrastructure Advisory practice in Qatar. The role focuses on day‑to‑day project delivery and supporting the management team to grow the advisory business.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Management Team with project activities, including developing robust financial models, value‑for‑money assessments, and client deliverables such as reports, information memorandums and pitch decks.
• Analyse client requirements, research options and propose solutions across a range of PPP structures (availability, concession, hybrid, etc.).
• Apply knowledge of the full lifecycle of infrastructure PPP projects from need assessment to financial close.
• Assist with project budgeting, effort estimation, cash‑flow management and recovery of project costs.
• Build networks with clients, channel partners and third‑party service providers.
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts, fostering teamwork and high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years advisory or consulting experience in a Big 4 or equivalent global/regional firm.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Management/MBA or a graduate degree with specialisations such as CA, CFA, CAIA, etc.
• Experience delivering infrastructure advisory projects, feasibility studies, market and demand assessments, and business plans.
• Understanding of financial analysis for various PPP structures and exposure to government‑led PPP transactions.
