Senior Landscape Engineer (Site Engineer - Landscape)

About the role

The Senior Landscape Engineer works in the QA GEC Supervision department, overseeing the full lifecycle of landscape and public realm works on GEC Framework projects. The role ensures projects are delivered precisely, in line with project specifications, quality standards, environmental regulations and client expectations, while maintaining high standards of safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design review process and supervise construction activities through regular site inspections.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions for landscape challenges.
• Carry out inspections and testing to verify that works meet the required standards and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports and documentation for landscape projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices.
• Provide regular updates to clients on progress and critical issues.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in landscape design, construction and supervision, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Valid professional engineering license or equivalent certification; MMUP registration is mandatory.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
