Senior Learning Design Specialist

About the role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is looking for a Senior Learning Design Specialist to join BCG U. You will shape and continuously improve learning content that supports BCG’s clients and internal teams, ensuring it stays relevant, engaging, and aligned with best‑in‑class learning practices.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update custom learning solutions to reflect current trends and evolving business priorities.
• Design self‑paced modules, masterclasses, role‑plays, and simulations using proven behavior‑change frameworks.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts and external vendors to co‑create high‑quality learning assets.
• Standardize, customize, and upgrade curriculum content across multiple programs.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of instructional design experience.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning science and behavioral design.
• Proven experience designing curricula, assessments, ILT, VILT, web‑based training, micro‑learning and social learning.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to review learning work products.
• Effective relationship‑building skills with SMEs and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑learning authoring platforms.
• Video editing software expertise.
• Visual design tools for creating infographics and interactive media.
