Senior Manager – Business Transformation (Oil & Gas)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Business Transformation initiatives for oil & gas clients in Qatar. You will work within the Strategy & Transformation practice, helping clients translate strategy into actionable operating models, improve processes, and boost overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client strategies into redesigns of operating models and processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end transformation projects, from problem definition to solution implementation.
• Facilitate client workshops, present improvement proposals, and drive change adoption.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support analytical insights.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the oil & gas sector.
• At least 3 years leading management‑consulting projects on strategy design, target operating model, process improvement or technology implementation.
• Proven track record in consulting sales and business development.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent analytical, report‑writing and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders.
• University degree in business, finance, engineering or a related quantitative discipline (preferred).
