Senior Manager Cyber Security – IT & OT Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end cyber security operations across both IT and OT environments at a major airport. You will protect critical infrastructure, drive security architecture, and align security initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cyber security for large‑scale IT and OT systems, including airport infrastructure, building systems and cargo operations.
• Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage incident response, digital forensics, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and red‑team activities.
• Design and implement security architecture and technical controls for cloud, network, endpoint and OT environments.
• Conduct application security reviews, risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Align cyber security initiatives with business strategy, collaborating with IT, operations, HR and project teams.
• Support and advise on cyber security enhancement projects, especially within OT systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cyber security with exposure to both IT and OT environments.
• Proven leadership of a SOC and experience managing incident response, threat intelligence and vulnerability programs.
• Strong background in security architecture for cloud, network, endpoint and OT systems.
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in aviation, logistics or large industrial sectors is preferred.
