Senior Manager – Organisational Design & Workforce Planning

About the role

The Senior Manager, Organisational Design & Workforce Planning will join QNB’s Organisational Design function. Working closely with Human Resources and business leaders, you will design, develop and deliver solutions that align people capabilities with the bank’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to assess and implement organisational design initiatives that improve effectiveness and productivity.
• Lead and support OD projects focused on optimising structures, processes, accountability and workforce deployment.
• Maintain the integrity of job architecture through job analysis, job descriptions, job evaluation and organisational structure management.
• Provide expert advice on organisational design, job evaluation and organisational effectiveness practices.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk functions to ensure organisational changes meet regulatory and risk requirements.
• Support Group Functions in Doha and international networks in aligning their structures with QNB Group standards.
• Develop, review and standardise job descriptions, qualification requirements and competency frameworks.
• Participate in Job Evaluation Committees and oversee position‑based organisational structures.
• Act as an internal consultant on organisational performance, change management, workforce planning and capability development.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in organisational design, workforce planning and HR partnership.
• Proven ability to lead OD projects and influence senior business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of job analysis, job evaluation and competency framework development.
• Experience working with compliance, risk and international organisational structures.
• Excellent analytical and consulting skills to drive measurable impact.
