Senior Product Designer – AI‑Native Products

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Product Designer to shape AI‑native software used by high‑impact institutions. The role blends UX research, interaction design, visual design and prototyping to create intuitive, data‑rich workflows for enterprise environments. You will work closely with engineers, product leaders and operators in a fast‑moving, hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design, from research and interaction design to visual design and testing.
• Partner with product, engineering and stakeholders to translate complex user needs into elegant workflows.
• Design sophisticated enterprise software experiences that balance usability, speed, scalability and aesthetics.
• Experiment with emerging AI‑native design tools (e.g., Lovable, v0, Cursor) to evolve design processes.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, patterns and guidelines across multiple products.
• Advocate for users through continuous discovery, iteration, testing and feedback loops.
• Contribute to product strategy with strong systems‑level thinking.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product or UX design, preferably in SaaS, AI or workflow‑heavy software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex, enterprise‑scale products.
• Proven ability to design workflow‑oriented tools that improve usability and productivity.
• Experience collaborating in high‑performing, cross‑functional product and engineering teams.
