Senior Product Designer

About the role

MBH Holdings is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Doha office. This full‑time, on‑site position leads end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery and concept development through detailed visual design and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create attractive product packaging designs, labels, cartons, stickers, and other print materials.
• Develop custom illustrations, icons, patterns, vector artwork, and product graphics.
• Prepare final print‑ready files with correct size, bleed, margins, dielines, colour profiles and production specifications.
• Design brand identity assets including logos, visual systems, brand guidelines, brochures, catalogues and marketing creatives.
• Produce product mock‑ups, presentation layouts and visual concepts for internal and client approvals.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards, typography, colour theory and layout principles.
• Collaborate with marketing, production and management teams to capture design requirements.
• Review final artwork carefully before printing to avoid errors in text, alignment, colours and sizing.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven ability to lead product design projects.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and shaping design processes.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
