About the role
We are expanding our real‑estate team in the UAE and are looking for a motivated Senior Property Consultant. The role focuses on driving sales and leasing activities for both residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional client service.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
- Manage end‑to‑end sales and leasing processes for a diverse property portfolio.
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and consultations.
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads into closed deals.
- Stay informed on market trends, inventory, and pricing.
- Travel across Dubai and other Emirates as required to meet clients and inspect properties.
- Provide strong customer service and maintain long‑term relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + year experience in real estate, brokerage, sales, business development, or a customer‑facing role.
- Currently residing in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales abilities.
- Comfortable working in a commission‑driven environment.
