Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Bevatel is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join its commercial team and drive business expansion across the Qatar market. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and delivering SaaS and communication technology solutions to SMB and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities targeting SMB and Enterprise accounts across Qatar using lead generation tools, outbound prospecting, networking and personal contacts.
• Conduct market research to identify target accounts, industry trends and new opportunities.
• Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Schedule and conduct online and face‑to‑face meetings with prospective customers, focusing on in‑person engagement.
• Develop long‑term relationships with prospects and key decision‑makers throughout the sales cycle.
• Qualify customer requirements and collaborate with technical and presales teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities and forecasts in the CRM system and provide regular pipeline reports.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience within the Qatar market.
• Strong understanding of both SMB and Enterprise sales environments.
• Existing network of customers and business relationships is highly preferred.
• Experience selling SaaS, Telecom, Contact Center, CRM, AI or related technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of managing the full sales cycle.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
