Senior Software Engineer – Oracle Access Portal (OAP) CRM

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer and Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience in Oracle Access Portal (OAP) and telecom CRM development. The role involves full‑stack design, development, and maintenance of enterprise‑grade customer management solutions using PHP (Yii2) and Oracle technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CRM applications with the Yii2 framework.
• Build scalable, modular solutions for telecom customer lifecycle management.
• Implement and support functionalities for customers, accounts, services, subscriptions, and billing.
• Manage end‑to‑end development, integrating front‑end, back‑end, and Oracle databases.
• Implement Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) and security controls.
• Develop audit logging, monitoring, real‑time validation, data grids, and workflow automation.
• Troubleshoot complex UI, application, and database issues.
• Ensure compliance with secure coding standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle Access Portal and telecom CRM solutions.
• Strong full‑stack development background with PHP (Yii2) and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, AJAX, and secure authentication.
• Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS environments and enterprise application architecture.
