About the role
Uranus Education is seeking an experienced Senior Study Abroad Counselor to lead student recruitment and support a team of counselors across multiple international education destinations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide senior-level counseling to students pursuing international education opportunities.
- Support and guide a team of study abroad counselors.
- Monitor student pipelines and application progress.
- Assist counselors with complex cases and destination planning.
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of university applications.
- Coordinate with admissions teams and international university partners.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in study abroad counseling or international education.
- Strong knowledge of international university admissions and visa processes.
- Previous experience mentoring or supervising counselors (advantageous).
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple student cases in a structured environment.
