About the role
Snoonu is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Specialist to lead paid‑media campaigns across Kuwait and Bahrain. Reporting to the Head of UA, you will own end‑to‑end execution, daily optimisation, and performance reporting to help meet cluster growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise acquisition campaigns on paid search, paid social and app‑install channels.
- Manage full‑funnel builds, including audience targeting, bidding, creative testing and landing‑page alignment.
- Monitor CPI, CPA and ROAS metrics, adjust budgets and ensure pacing against targets.
- Design and run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences and bidding strategies.
- Identify new channel opportunities and propose test‑and‑learn initiatives.
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights for regional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UA analysts, creatives and cross‑cluster teams to improve attribution and share best practices.
Required profile
- 4+ years of hands‑on paid user acquisition or performance‑marketing experience.
- Proven track record managing sizable budgets on at least two major platforms.
- Experience in the GCC/MENA region is strongly preferred.
- Background in mobile app marketing is a distinct advantage.
