Senior UX Designer

About the role

The Senior UX Designer will lead the design and development of digital product experiences, turning business requirements into clear, user‑focused journeys, wireframes and prototypes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that every interaction supports a seamless subscriber experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create customer experience journeys for product features, web pages, notifications and other touchpoints.
• Develop detailed wireframes, storyboards, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Define information architecture and navigation for complex data structures.
• Conduct research, analytics reviews and benchmarking to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to test features and iterate based on user feedback.
• Produce engineering‑friendly design specifications and maintain comprehensive UX documentation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of wireframes, prototypes and user journeys.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear visual solutions.
• Experience conducting user research, surveys and analytics to guide design.
