Service Solutions Manager

About the role

Huawei is seeking a Service Solutions Manager to lead professional services and commercial scenario sales for a defined telecom customer segment. The role involves planning service solutions, driving sales execution, and ensuring growth and profitability of the segment.

Key responsibilities

• Own service solution planning and achieve sales targets for the assigned customer segment.
• Maintain and develop key account relationships, monitor customer satisfaction, and oversee post‑project evaluations.
• Plan and execute brand activities, technical exchanges, partner forums, training and capability‑enablement programs.
• Identify customer pain points, generate sales leads and business opportunities through deep collaboration.
• Collect, analyse and prioritize customer requirements, ensuring clear understanding of network operation, optimisation, maintenance and OPEX demands.
• Provide technical guidance to support medium‑to‑long‑term network transformation, OPEX savings and strategic implementation across planning, construction, maintenance and operations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of service and software solutions within carrier networks.
• Understanding of carrier network composition, current status and development trends.
• Insight into customers’ OPEX planning and network operation requirements.
• Familiarity with delivery and service business processes in a representative office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
