ServiceNow Developer (Entry Level)

About the role

This position offers a fresh graduate the chance to gain hands‑on experience implementing, configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions while working alongside seasoned consultants, developers and architects on enterprise digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members on ServiceNow implementation and support projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements to shape platform configurations.
• Configure and customise ServiceNow applications using low‑code tools and standard platform features.
• Develop workflows, forms, catalog items and reports.
• Participate in unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot basic platform issues and support integrations under supervision.
• Prepare project documentation, user guides and knowledge articles.
• Attend project meetings, workshops and training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn, obtain ServiceNow certifications and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of programming concepts and databases.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML (or similar languages) is preferred.
• Experience with low‑code development and ServiceNow platform configuration.
