About the role
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITAM Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver end‑to‑end IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions, covering both Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), as part of a large‑scale ServiceNow engagement in Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical design and architecture for ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM) implementations.
- Ensure solution alignment with ServiceNow best practices, minimizing customizations.
- Integrate ITAM processes with CMDB, Discovery, and related ITSM workflows.
- Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and custom development for maintainability and scalability.
- Lead a team of developers, business analysts, and PMO resources to deliver high‑quality outcomes on schedule.
Required profile
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with 7–10+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
- 5+ years of hands‑on delivery of ServiceNow ITAM (HAM and/or SAM) projects.
- Proven track record of end‑to‑end ITAM implementations in complex organizations.
- Experience leading ServiceNow technical delivery teams and coordinating with PMO functions.
