Services Senior Advisor – Technical Support

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Services team to provide post‑sales technical support for global customers. You will resolve complex equipment issues, deliver field service, and contribute to continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own resolution of post‑sales technical issues, providing Level 1‑3 support and troubleshooting.
• Present product strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage medium‑term projects and develop approaches to meet evolving business and customer needs.
• Support customized customer solutions and adapt technical processes to client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customer representatives to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and contribute to annual operational planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process improvements.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
