Shell Graduate Programme 2026 – Qatar

About the role

Shell is recruiting graduates for its 3-year programme in Qatar, designed to develop future leaders. The programme combines on-the-job training, formal education, job rotations and personalised coaching, and places participants on innovative energy projects. Qatar Shell is one of the largest foreign investors in Qatar, with Pearl GTL being the world's largest GTL plant.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse situations and propose solutions aligned with the company's strategic goals
• Collaborate with a diverse team and share fresh ideas on energy-related challenges
• Work with experienced colleagues on meaningful projects with responsibilities from the start

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical and Industrial & Systems)
• Qatari nationality and interest in working in Ras Laffan (RLC)
• Recently graduated (2024/2025 academic year) or graduating in 2026 (2025/2026), currently not sponsored, OR less than 3 years of experience in the energy sector
• Ability to absorb information, analyse problems, make objective decisions and generate original ideas
