Show Choreographer & Entertainment Department Lead

About the role

The Entertainment Specialist leads the Entertainment Department, overseeing the planning, choreography and execution of high‑quality shows and guest engagement activities in a theme‑park environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, choreograph and direct entertainment shows, dance performances and themed productions, including seasonal and special‑event programmes.
• Lead and supervise daily department activities, prepare rosters, assign responsibilities and coordinate with Operations, Marketing and Sales.
• Ensure shows are delivered on time, monitor quality of performance, costumes, music and guest interaction, and maintain equipment and props.
• Prepare entertainment schedules, support budgeting, maintain records and produce monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Performing Arts, Dance, Entertainment Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in entertainment, choreography or live show production, preferably in a theme‑park or similar setting.
• Experience supervising entertainment teams and coordinating multiple performances.

Required skills

• Strong choreography, dance and creative show development abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic audio/video editing software knowledge.
