Signage Production & Installation Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Signage Production & Installation Technician to join our on‑site team in Doha. The role involves manufacturing, fabricating, assembling and installing a wide variety of indoor and outdoor signage for commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture, fabricate, assemble and install indoor and outdoor signage.
• Prepare surfaces and substrates for vinyl graphics and signage applications.
• Apply vinyl graphics with precision and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Mount, laminate, trim and finish printed graphics for installation.
• Install ACP cladding, 3D channel letters, acrylic & metal letters, large‑format vinyl graphics, banners, post & panel signs, wayfinding signage, sign frames and concrete bases.
• Operate installation tools, machinery and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, measurements and installation layouts.
• Conduct quality inspections before, during and after installations.
• Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, organized workspace while following health, safety and quality standards.
• Travel to project sites for installation assignments as required.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in sign production, fabrication and installation.
• Strong practical knowledge of indoor and outdoor signage manufacturing.
• Hands‑on expertise with ACP cladding, channel letters, structural signage and sign fabrication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable working at heights and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to travel for project installations.
• Good English reading, writing and basic communication skills.
