Site Manager – Industrial Project in Qatar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of an industrial revamping project in Qatar. The role is based on‑site for a six‑month period and includes full accommodation, transportation and all necessary resources provided by the client.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company to the client and subcontractors on site.
• Lead and coordinate all construction and installation activities throughout the project phases.
• Manage site teams and supervise subcontractors, monitoring progress, resources and productivity.
• Organise daily and weekly coordination meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with the project schedule, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Enforce HSE procedures and promote a strong safety culture.
• Apply quality procedures and oversee quality‑control activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary work and act as the interface between construction, engineering and client teams.
• Participate in project close‑out, punch‑list follow‑up and final acceptance of installations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 20 years of experience on international industrial projects.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in an equivalent senior construction role.
• Strong track record managing subcontractors and multicultural teams.
• Experience in brownfield, revamping or plant shutdown projects is a plus.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic activities.
• Fluent English.
