Site Manager – Industrial Project (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction and installation phases of an industrial revamping project in Qatar. The role is based on‑site for a six‑month period and includes full responsibility for coordinating all activities, subcontractors and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company to the client and subcontractors on site.
• Lead and coordinate construction activities across all project phases.
• Manage site teams and supervise subcontractors, monitoring progress, resources and productivity.
• Organise daily and weekly coordination meetings and produce progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with schedule, HSE procedures and quality standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and act as the interface between construction, engineering and client teams.
• Participate in project close‑out, punch‑list follow‑up and final acceptance of installations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 20 years of experience on international industrial projects.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in an equivalent senior construction role.
• Strong track record managing subcontractors and multicultural teams.
• Experience with brownfield, revamping or plant shutdown projects is a plus.
• Fluent English.
