Slickline Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slickline Supervisor to join our Well Services team. You will lead slickline operations at on‑shore and off‑shore well sites, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant execution of well‑intervention activities while supporting crew development and delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute slickline operations at wellsites (on‑shore and off‑shore).
• Ensure proper tool‑string make‑up, function testing and pressure control equipment testing before deployment.
• Monitor well conditions and enforce safe well‑intervention practices in line with IWCF standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit operational reports, including job reports, failure reports (NCR), inventory checks and site updates.
• Maintain clear communication with client representatives.
• Lead HSE compliance, conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Assess field personnel competency, identify training needs and mentor junior crew members.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in slickline operations, including supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in both on‑shore and off‑shore environments.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum or related engineering discipline (minimum required).
• IWCF Level 4 – Well Interventions (mandatory); Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
• High commitment to safety and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
