Social Media Manager – Arabic & English

About the role

We are looking for a talented Social Media Account Executive to join our growing agency in Doha. You will act as the primary liaison for social media clients, developing strategies, content calendars, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for social media clients.
• Develop and present monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Create engaging, platform‑appropriate content in Arabic and English.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and editors to guarantee timely delivery.
• Manage scheduling and publishing on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor performance and produce reports using social media analytics tools.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and assist with paid social campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or content coordination.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content formats.
• Previous agency experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, client‑servicing and presentation skills.
• Valid Qatar residency permit.
