Social Media Manager (Doha)

About the role

Trifid Media Qatar is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its Doha office. You will be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging content across multiple platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for in‑house brands and client accounts.
• Manage daily posting schedules, monitor channels and respond to community interactions.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators and internal teams on campaign execution.
• Optimize content performance using analytics tools and adjust tactics based on data.
• Track key performance metrics, prepare regular reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media marketing and SMO, with experience running multi‑platform campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for visual content creation.
• Experience using Notion for project and content management.
