Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join Noble House Trading & Services in Doha. The role is full‑time and hybrid, focusing on building and managing the company’s presence across major social platforms. You will work closely with marketing, sales and management to align campaigns with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for all key platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging posts that reflect brand guidelines.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Track performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Analyse data to provide recommendations for improving reach, engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product and service promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Educational background in marketing, communications, business or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Experience using social media analytics tools for KPI tracking and reporting.
