职位概况

威斯汀酒店在多哈招聘一名副厨师，负责厨房日常运作的整体成功，亲自执行烹饪任务的同时带领员工并管理餐饮相关职能，持续提升客人和员工满意度，同时控制经营预算。职位位于Salwa Road，全职。

主要职责

监督所有厨房区域，确保产品品质一致，并满足卫生与食品安全标准
管理厨房轮班，协调备餐厨师和工作人员，亲自制作部分菜品
每周预估每日备餐量，协助行政总厨处理厨房运作
开发新菜式、设计菜品呈现与装饰，维护采购、接收和储存标准
培训员工、参与绩效评估，确保酒店政策公平执行
接待客人、处理投诉，确保服务质量

任职要求

高中或同等学历，或两年制烹饪、酒店及餐厅管理相关专业学位
4年厨房或餐饮相关工作经验，或2年经验配合大学学位
