Spa Concierge

About the role

Join the award‑winning Mandarin Oriental Doha as a Spa Concierge and become the first point of contact for guests seeking luxury wellness experiences. You will work within a stylish urban retreat, delivering the legendary service that defines the brand while supporting the smooth operation of all spa and wellness areas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations across spa reception, salon & barber reception, retail boutique, consultation lounge, spa suites, thermal & changing facilities, tea lounges, and fitness & wellness zones.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness of changing rooms, showers, relaxation areas, fitness spaces, spa suites, and pool in line with safety and sustainability standards.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment rooms and clearing them after use.
• Ensure lockers are stocked with fresh linen and manage the removal of soiled items.
• Organise appointment scheduling to maximise utilisation and profitability while prioritising guest needs.
• Perform opening and closing duties, handle telephone enquiries with proper etiquette, and uphold a professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a service‑oriented environment; hotel school graduates preferred.
• Senior school qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel, preferably in the Middle East, is an advantage.
• Strong computer knowledge and ability to work as a team player.
• Excellent punctuality, appearance, and professional attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Spa Soft (spa management software).
