Spa Therapist – Arabic Speaker

About the role

As a Spa Therapist for a leading hotel brand, you will deliver professional massages and body treatments while creating memorable hospitality experiences for guests. The role requires fluency in Arabic to serve Arabic‑speaking visitors and to uphold the brand’s high standards of service and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Attend Hilton training sessions and monthly departmental meetings.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the spa, locker rooms, lounge, steam/sauna, and restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues to the Front Office Manager and assist with operational tasks as requested.
• Accurately schedule, book, modify, and cancel massage appointments, and upsell retail products.
• Process billing for spa and retail services and report any discrepancies.
• Explain the spa treatment menu and packages to guests and provide courteous service from arrival to checkout.
• Maintain the fitness centre equipment, coordinate maintenance with the Precor representative, and ensure audio‑visual equipment is functional.
• Stock water, beverages, and manage the fruit station setup and breakdown.

Required profile

• Excellent grooming standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to work consistently in a professional and helpful manner.
• Previous experience in a similar spa or hospitality role is advantageous.
