Spa Therapist – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Spa Therapist to join Raffles & Fairmont Doha, delivering luxury wellness experiences that reflect the elegance and personalized service of our iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps and wellness therapies following established protocols.
• Conduct professional guest consultations to identify individual needs, preferences and contraindications.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and spa areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Prepare treatment rooms with required supplies, amenities and linens before each appointment.
• Promote spa treatments, wellness programs and retail products through personalized recommendations and upselling.
• Monitor inventory levels, report maintenance issues and ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation procedures.
• Build and maintain positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the spa team and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
