About the role

The Spa Therapist (Male Area) will deliver premium spa treatments to guests in the dedicated male section of The Ritz-Carlton Doha’s world‑class spa. This full‑time position is integral to creating memorable, relaxing experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a range of massage, body and facial treatments to male guests, following established protocols.
• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of the male spa area and treatment rooms.
• Ensure all spa equipment is set up correctly, operated safely, and serviced as required.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, addressing individual preferences and ensuring privacy.
• Collaborate with the spa team to uphold the resort’s high standards of quality and safety.
