Sr. Business Analyst, Performance Management

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst – Performance Management will support the Corporate Performance Management function by maintaining, analysing, and enhancing the company’s performance frameworks, KPIs and reporting outputs. The role ensures accurate tracking, insightful analysis and a clear link between strategy, execution and results to enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update corporate Balanced Scorecards and KPI frameworks aligned with approved strategy.
• Ensure integrity of linkages between strategic objectives, KPIs, targets and initiatives across corporate, divisional and departmental levels.
• Perform quality reviews of KPI data, identify gaps and escalations.
• Conduct variance, trend and root‑cause analysis of performance results.
• Prepare executive‑ready dashboards, performance reports and analytical summaries.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual corporate performance reporting cycles.
• Maintain trackers for strategic initiatives, milestones, risks and benefits realization.
• Build, maintain and enhance executive dashboards using approved BI tools.
• Coordinate system enhancements, change requests and upgrades with IT and digital teams.
• Collaborate with divisions and support functions to collect, validate and analyse performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
