About the role
Ariane Real Estate is looking for a highly organized Store & Inventory Controller to set up and manage the company’s stores, inventory, materials, assets, and consumables across all properties and offices. The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock records, efficient material flow, and compliance with internal procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive store and inventory management system.
- Monitor stock levels, material movements, and asset allocation; conduct regular physical counts and audits.
- Track issuance and return of tools, equipment, and consumables; maintain fixed‑asset records.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to verify deliveries against purchase orders.
- Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports using ERP or Excel.
- Investigate discrepancies, enforce compliance, and support operational departments with timely material availability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in stores management or inventory control, preferably in real estate, construction, or facilities management.
- Strong organizational, record‑keeping, and independent‑working abilities.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
