Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a retail outlet for a confidential client. The role combines operational oversight with a strong commercial focus, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day store operations, maintaining high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.
• Drive sales performance, meet revenue and profit targets, and analyse sales trends.
• Manage inventory, stock movements, cycle counts and loss‑prevention activities.
• Prepare staff schedules aligned with business needs and monitor operational costs.
• Produce regular reports on sales, inventory, KPIs and team productivity.
• Recruit, coach, develop and motivate team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead retail teams and deliver commercial results.
• Strong understanding of stock management, merchandising and retail operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
