• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy) that can be executed by AI agents.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable large‑scale LLM‑based assessment.
• Collaborate with the AI‑training team to ensure the consulting content aligns with real‑world problem‑solving standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Familiarity with consulting deliverables such as financial models, market analyses, and strategic frameworks.

What we offer

• Fully remote, project‑based engagement with flexible hours.
• Opportunity to shape how AI learns high‑level business reasoning.
• Competitive freelance compensation.
