Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic and transformation initiatives.

• Develop strategic recommendations to drive growth and enhance operating model effectiveness.
• Design and implement solutions across business, technology, workforce, and operations.
• Define and structure enterprise‑wide strategic programs to optimize performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
• Master‑level proficiency in Operating Model Development and Information Technology Strategy.
